Google Analytics

It is used to track anonymous visitor data on our site, we also use Google Analytics as the main analytical tool on our client websites. The standard data retention setting we use for all sites is a maximum of 26 months.
Server Hosting
We apply software updates to our web servers and any underlying operating systems to keep them up to date.
CMS Security
Updates to CMS are applied after successful testing along with any required plugin or theme updates to ensure they are always kept up to date and running with the latest patches or software. As a data processor we take all measures required under Article 32 to ensure data entrusted to us is kept safe, secure and used for only for the agreed intended purpose.
Use of reCAPTCHA security on contact forms
BHX Digital may use Google’s Invisible reCAPTCHA to stop spam coming through the contact forms on the website. .

This privacy notice does not cover the links within this site linking to other websites. We encourage you to read the privacy statements on the other websites you visit.
How long we keep your information
We don’t keep your information for longer than we need to unless we are required to keep it longer (for example due to a court order or investigation by law enforcement agencies or regulators).
